Quick Access to Performance Mode?

On a stock never-rooted TF300T using the new launcher (which puts notifications and quick access menus at the top of the screen instead of in the lower right), is there a quick way to get to the performance settings? Or even better, is there a way to make the thing stay in performance mode across reboots?
