Supply Chain Issues

This could explain a lot about the limited supply. I imagine the disaster in Japan has a lot to do with it.

Well that sucks. Shows lack of planning on Asus' part. I'm in the semiconductor industry and anyone in this industry knows about the supply chain issues for the past 2 years. The disaster in Japan only made a bad situation worse. Asus should have known they had to pipeline product months ago.

Anyway, I guess I'll just order an iPad 2 instead. At least Apple can actually make and ship product.

They are currently out of stock and not taking any preorders if they change I will definitely place an order there.

Not sure I would go purchase an ipad because of the shortage in stock. Just have to have a little patients or pay and extra $150 and get one now on eBay.
