3.1 Update ... Apps settings?

I am new to Android and hopefully somebody can answer this.

When I update the ASUS to 3.1, will I still have the same homescreen setup, folders and widgets I created, apps settings (e-mail client), keyboards installed, etc.?

Or it would it reset back to default and it would just reinstall all the apps again from the android market? What about the amazon appstore? I really hope this is not the case.

If you go with the pushed update from Asus, I assume all your settings will remain

Yup. I did the update, and all of my settings was kept.

When the OTA comes (tomorrow) the update should be pretty seamless. You should not loose any settings. If you choose to do the manual one, there is a risk of making a mistake that will cost you your settings (a few ppl have reset their TF by mistake in the process), but other then that your settings should stay. I plan to just get the OTA tomorrow.
