Unhappy Stock Music player hisses after a few songs

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem on the stock music player.
After playing a few songs on the stock music player it begins to pop and hiss on my headphones. As far as I can ascertain it is very random. Unplugging and plugging headphones back in resolves it.

Considering all the other alternatives like Poweramp and Winamp have a huge slew of bugs, it is really annoying not having a single decent music player.

Yes, it is happening to me as well.

Try songbird. The only buggy thing I have ever found with it is the lock screen part, which can be easily disabled.

Happens to me using Google music. It sounds like it might be a hardware issue.
