screen is stuck on android upgrading

my fonepad is just two days old,,when switched on firstly screen got hanged on lock screen,,then i restarted,now it shows android is upgrading-touch panel firmware upadating 0 %,,,it automaticaly turns off and on,,again stucks on upgrading,,but no progress in it,,its freaking me out,,

Just my two cents, but if your device is two days old and you already have this kind of issues, I wouldn't hang around waiting for a Forum answer. Get it replaced ASAP.
