How can I lock down an Asus me301T and me302c desktop?

How can I lock down an Asus me301T and me302c desktop.

I work in a school i.t. department, and the kids are constantly deleting shortcuts, turning off the wi-fi, and changing the background. I have an applocker on the device, but it doesn't help with the actual desktop.

Welcome to Android Central! Try using Nova Launcher, which has a Lock Desktop feature. You could use the app locker to prevent them from accessing the Nova Launcher settings as well.
