You can see that the 300 will shortly be released (April 22nd)..

I think I might pick up a couple of these for me and my wife. We've been eyeing a good tablet for a while, and I don't want to be stick with something lower than quad core. As long as it has expandable storage, I'm totally fine picking up the 16GB model for the (alleged) $399 price tag.

What do you guys think; blue, red, or white? I think I want the red one so I can be as loud as possible :-)

Just preordered mine from office depot. Looks like all they had was blue but thats fine with me

Apparently it comes out the 22nd. I'm hoping so but no official word yet really. They havent charged my CC yet till its officially for sale

So what is the real difference between the 300 and the 700? Everything I have seen makes it sound like the 700 is the 4g verzion and the 300 is just wifi

Highlights:
300: 1280x800 screen resolution, and a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor... $399 for 32G Wifi version
700: 1920x1200 screen resolution 1080p, and a Qualcomm dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor... rumor: $599 for 32G Wifi version.

Each will have Wifi version, and LTE versions at different prices. The 300 will also have a 3G & Wifi version. Of course most of this is rumors and not fact until they release each device.

Just placed my order on amazon. The bad thing about getting something brand spanking new is its going to be hard to find accessory for it. i wonder if any of the accessories for the prime will work?
