    Default Speakers

My only complaint over the infinity is the sound. And when the case is on the sound is even worse. Anyone have any suggestions?

Other than headphones, you can try external speakers, e.g., I have a set of these and they work great either wired or over Bluetooth:

I use Volume + and set the volume in the app to 13. It helps a lot. Not sure if it will damage the speakers but it works great to boost the sound.

    Hey Beretta,

Did the volume increase on the ear buds as well? Who is the developer for Volume +?

    Thanks,

Meltus is the developer and headphone volume can be boosted and is controlled separately from the external speaker volume boost.

Volume+ is great, I could never hear the tablet before.

There's a new phone that will run Crysis on Ultra at 120 fps on a 2160p display that's coming out 3 months after you buy your next phone.

I tried Volume+ with my EVO 4G LTE, and had to return it as it didn't do a damn thing. Quite disenchanted, but yet it seems to get good reviews, so it must work on some devices anyway.

I'd be tempted to try it on my (soon to be having = tomorrow) Infinity Pad, just to see if it might work as you say. I tried out the speaker on a demo unit at BB, and I can see why it would be needed.

I agree the volume is terrible but I have a Jambox and have been using that for some time when listening to music. Though I have only used t with my N7 so far I'll report back should I run into any issues with the Infinity.

Hooked up the Jambox and all is well!

I have a Bose Soundlink, which sounds surprisingly good. My girlfriend is eyeing a jambox, so I'll be able to do a side by side comparison very soon. I'm curious to see how they sound in the same room...

Volume+ does work on the Infinity, but not on my Evo lte either.
