Asus infinity bricked

Okay so today I got the asus infinity 64 gb for Christmas. After about 4 hours of use I saw a update for it. I decide to update it and it rebooted and got stuck. At the asus sign with the spinning circles. Please help. And I also cold booted it and eventually gave in to factory resetting it. Please help! And also I never unlocked or rooted it.

Did you try to plug it into power, then long press only the power button, see if comes on

Well it comes on but it's stuck on the loading screen.
