I just loaded a new update - my os version is still 4.0.3 - anyone know what was in it?

I got it too. Don't see any difference. Over on XDA they are talking about Wifi and Bluetooth changes.

Is this the same update that began rolling out last month, or another new one? If you guys could post your GPS/WiFi/Bluetooth versions and Build numbers, maybe would help to determine whether this is a new update or not.

After the January update, mine are as follows:

GPS: 6.9.13
WiFi: 6.1.1.17
Bluetooth: 9.23
Build: IML74K.WW_epad-9.4.2.11-20120117

Curious as well to find out what's new, if this is another update. I haven't had any major issues since the last update, although I do get graphical glitches from time to time. Would be nice if that's been fixed, and/or compatibility issues have been resolved.

Those are the same that I've had since finally getting my Prime last month. I still have random reboots during an intense webpage. I don't have any WiFi drops, but the signal meter still goes in and out below. However, when I run WiFi Analyzer, the actual signal is constant. So, there's nothing wrong with the WiFi, only the indicator below.

Just go into About Tablet > System Firmware Update and it should be there. It looks like just a minor update to Wifi and Bluetooth. The new numbers for mine are:

GPS: 6.9.13
WiFi: 6.1.1.18
Bluetooth: 9.26
Build: IML74K.US_epad-9.4.2.13-20120203

Doesn't seem to have become available yet to my unit. How does ASUS roll out these updates exactly? Is it done by region, blocks of S/N's, or something? I find that for both the Prime and my Acer A500, I generally am unable to get the updates until at least a week or two after they're initially announced.

I just searched for mine and it downloaded. My stock browser appears to be working more smoothly. I also no longer have the bars that showed up when I pulled open the recent apps. The update apparently also includes bug fixes from what I've read.

Unfortunately doesn't do anything to fix the graphic issue when typing with the on screen keyboard in the YouTube app.

Just had a look and cant see any update for me yet in the uk.

Is the ASUS Device Tracker new? It mentioned that on the update screen, I'd never noticed it before. Kinda cool, has a "find my Eee Pad" that actually works (could never get the HTC Hub to ever find any of my HTC devices). Also has a "ring" function that plays a jazzy tune at max volume, and a data erase/wipe function.

Makes you enter your serial number though (Find My iPad doesn't, which makes the setup a little easier but not a big thing really).

Can anyone confirm if it breaks root or not? I have Voodoo Root Keeper, but I haven't tried it yet.

Did the update, my Youtube app is constantly crashing when opening a video from inside the app or the widget

Mine too. And Quadrant no longer works, my stock launcher crashes, so I turned it off, instead of throwing it out of the window. Asus, what was I thinking.

Am I the only one that is having issues with wi-fi MORE after the update? I cannot connect to wi-fi at all.

I hope it's TWC.... I do not want a $599 paperweight...

No issues with WiFi here. I'm sorry to see that you're having more issues now, after the update. I believe someone posted that they had to redo the update because they were having issues.
