Apps not working after draining the battery

Hi guys,

together with my girlfriend we bought 2 Zenfone 2 in Asus store in the SM Annex last 2 weeks (05-17-15). from that day there's no any problem until my girlfriend drained her battery. when she charged her phone and open it. most of the apps are not working and the Home and Multi task button are not working or not responding to what it should be done. so anyone encounter this? we bought the 2 GBM ram model of Zenfone 2

In general, avoid letting the battery drain to zero. If you do this frequently, it can decrease the overall battery lifespan. Try to make a habit of charging when the battery reaches 30-40%.

hi thank you so much for this information and last thing what will happen if i do this? or what is the advantage and disadvantage of doing this?

Wiping the cache is a general troubleshooting step that can help with various issues, although there's no guarantee. It clears out temporary data from the system cache--some of that data can sometimes cause some glitches. It doesn't clear out any personal data.
