ZenFone 2 E still loses power while plugged in and in use.

Hi, I've got a Zenfone 2E and was watching a NBCLA live feed while the phone is plugged into the supplied wall wart. Problem is that the phone started out at about 93% battery power, but by the time I stopped watching the live stream an hour or more later, it was down to only 63% battery power.

Why in the world is this thing consuming more power than the supplied wall wart (adapter) can put out to keep it charged? Is there a more powerful adapter that I can get that will at least keep it at it's current charge when using it plugged into the wall if not actually still charging it up a bit when in use.

What amperage is the charger? Some live stream apps are incredibly power intensive, especially on mobile data, there's a lot of components active and a lot of streaming apps aren't that well optimised.
