Echo filtering not working during phone call

Hello there,
I'm using my ASUS ZenFone 5 T00F about 2 years. But last two months I'm a problem.

The remote person who listens to my talk by phone call facing a lot of noise when I'm outdoor. I've changed my phone microphone but problem not solve.

When I'm using WhatsApp or Facebook messenger or another app then the phone is pretty well. The only problem occurs when I call someone by the phone call.

I've reset phone two times and also downgraded Lollipop to Kitkat. After resetting sometimes calls is ok but after one day or less than one-day same problem started.

What can I do? Please advise me.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone in a case? If so, make sure make sure the secondary mic (which is probably along the top of the phone) isn't blocked. A blocked secondary mic might cause problems with noise cancellation.
