Super One Click keeps crashing!

I downloaded the newest Super One Click (v1.6.5)
Did everything right, Windows Media Mode/Debugging on the phone, Extract SuperOneClick to my C drive, loaded it up

Then it says:
Killing ADB Server

OK

Starting ADB Server...
*daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037*
*daemon starteded succesfully*

OK

Waiting for Device
l

And then the program freezes up every time.

Did you shell root first?
Then root once done.
It happend to me too after i did Shell root first which was recommended, and once it froze i closed it down and did Root. and then allow non markets before you reboot your phone.

I didn't load one of the drivers properly! My bad! Time for some root accessed apps!

I did mine in USB Mass Storage mode and that worked for me. Didnt use Windows Media Mode. Give that a shot also.
