i had nook color with CM7 Running off SD card, i need to take out android to sell the nook.

I removed the SD card thinking that was the only thing needed to do. Now my nook wont charge.. stuck on low battery screen wait 15 minutes.

Do i need to un mount the sd card or something? or should it work right off the bat as stock?

You might have accidentally flashed something when first setting up your SD card.
