Need a quick refresher!! (need to update CWR to 3.2.0.1)

I haven't done this in many months, so i'm rusty!

I have CWR 3.0.1.0 and I believe I need to update it to the latest (3.2.0.1) in order to install the latest nightlies.

Obviously I need to to a nand backup before anything, but should I update Rom manager in the market and then just flash teh latest recovery from the latest Rom Manager? Is this my first step, or do i need to install the latest CWR some other way?

After I get that up to speed, I can just flash teh latest 7.1 rc1 and gApps????

thanks for the refresher course...I haven't done this since CM 7.0.2

Yeah, just install clockwork and then update. I would recommend using a nightly above 200 just because there will be a ton of issues that you won't have to deal with than if you used an older version.

ok,..i guess i don't need gaps?

should I wipe cache and dalvik cache?

You only need to wipe dalvik. And only reflash gapps if when you upgrade you have problems with them after upgrade
