I have cm7.1 rc1 and anytime I try to search for an app by name I get an error message that says "a server error has occurred press retry to try again or cancel to return to the previous screen" it only happens when I try to search. If I just navigate to apps by choosing a catafory everything works fine. I wanted to clear the DATA but I went into manage applications and the button to clear data is disabled.
Any and all help would be much appreciated

Update to 7.1 stable or change your dpi to 160 and see if that fixes your problem. The market has issues with the old 161 dpi.

I considered that and I guess that is what I will do but what is the deal with the "sleep of death" that some people have been experiencing? Thanks for the advice koopa, you always seem to have the answers when it comes to my nook issues!

Sleep of Death is when the Nook goes to sleep and then will not wake up with out a hard reboot. Dal has made a modified kernel that seems to have killed it for most people.
