Questions about selling rooted/modded NC

Hi, I have a few questions about selling my rooted and modded Nook Color.

1. In order for the buyer to register the NC on their B&N account, does it need to be restored to stock?
2. Does the buyer need to register the NC to a B&N account?
3. Can I unregister the NC from my account and if the new owner doesn't register it to theirs, (I know this is a dumb question) but with the rooted/modded NC still work?
4. Can I unregister the rooted/modded NC without it being at stock?
5. Would it be better to restore to stock and sell this with a bootable to CM7 SD card? (That way I can unregister the NC, the new owner can register it, and they can use it modded.)
