I'm connected to a hospital server but have no internet access. I can't get onto the page to log on or to agree to terms
Is there a trick to do that?

That page SHOULD come up automatically when you run the browser. Worst case you might talk to your LAN admin and get the exact URL of the ToS page directly and just enter it manually. Save it as a favorite for future use.

I always have to hit refresh, sometimes 2-3 times, to get the accept terms page to come up here.
