I have Nookie Froyo on SD card. I use BestTube to download video and save the files as flv format. RockPlayer, VitalPlayer, mVideoPlayer, etc. can find these files on the sdcard and they play just fine.
BUT,
I have tried dozens of methods of converting other video files to h.264 aac mp4 or mpeg4 (android and ipod settings) with programs like FreeMake, AVS, Handbrake and then using Browsix lite to upload them to the BestTube folder on the card and
NOTHING!
I get errors that the file cannot be read, the file cannot be opened, the file is invalid, or the app just freezes.
Hopefully, there is some obvious reason this is not working for me, otherwise I think I might be losing it....
