Booting most recent CM7 build off SD Card

Does anyone have the expertise (time+energy) to put together instructions for installing the most recent nightly on an SD card to be bootable from there? I see the Nookie and the Honeycomb instructions but CM7 nightly would be an awesome addition. I also found verygreen's image that can do this but that will get outdated soon. It'd be nice to have instructions to do the same ourselves with the most recent image. (With and without 1.1GHz Kernel would be a nice plus Thanks.

I did read something in the forum on the Cm7 bootable sd. It seems that the dev verygreen is looking at updating as well to try to keep up. He states that he had know idea the demand was so great for this on sd so keep checking on it.
