You will have to download them again from the Market. Your paid apps will be marked as "Purchased". Maybe someone else knows another way?

I use Titanium Backup (like everyone else??) and I had no problem backing up my apps to the SD card. Once I flashed CM7, picked and chose which apps to restore and presto.

Titanium backup refuses to work, thanks to the fact that there is no option to enable 3rd party installs. This is annoying, since backups should require the ability to install.

3rd party installs? Like non-market apps? All you have to do is go to the "Nook Color Tools" app, and it's the first link on the top of the page. Once you click that, you can sideload .apk files from anywhere. I've got Ti Backup working fine, and have used it several times.

Thanks. I hadn't seen the tools app. This is my brothers nook color. I flashed mine out of stock almost immediately, so I am not experienced with rooted stock. I appreciate your help!
