I rooted my color nook using cm7.02. Under windows, there are only two visible directories in my nook device. But there are a whole lot of directories plus all my books on my sd card When I took my sd card out of my nook, the device still booted but I didn't have access to my data.

Does that mean if I backup by books I can format my sd card, copy back my books on to it and have much more space on the card?

did you load CM 7.02 on your device or are you running it on your SD card?!

IF you are running it on the device (internal memory eMMC) then you can format the card. Most of the reader programs will download your purchased books and rented books will redownload if you have the same username and password.

IF you are running CM7.02 on the SD card you can repartition the SD card so there is more room available on it using the Easeus Partition program mentioned in the forums by Will Shanklin I think...
