Hi,

By mistake I have clicked on "Forget" on my WiFi connection and now I can't find a way to "un-forget" it. So I would to know a way to bring the connection back to the list under wireless menu.

Try restarting your nook and the wireless should find your network again. I've noticed that even after you hit 'forget' it will still find it. you may have to re-enter any SSID and passwords, however. I've not done that on my nook, but have on my Droid X, and as it's all android, it should do the same thing.
