Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini charge?

My Samsung Galaxy s3 mini won't charge

The percentage hang gone up of course, it either takes forever to go up or is not charging. I have left it on all night and it stayed at the same percentage. I'm freaked out and don't know what is the problem with either background apps or Android system taking 30% of battery, but I know it drains fast when not on charger. Also for some reason I have 4 Google play services I don't if that's the problem or not but I thought it was weird

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a different cable or wall plug? If that doesn't help, make sure the microUSB port is completely clean, without any debris. A new battery might also be in order.

I wouldn't worry about the Google Play Services listings. Google Play Services is integral to the function of all Google apps, and it isn't surprising that there would be multiple processes/services active.
