Are these percents for voice call battery drain excessive?

So I have a oneplus one phone running cynagenmod 44S kitkat 4.4.4... and for some reason I always feel like my battery is draining way too much during voice calls... I am on the T-Mobile network, I think all the setting are correct. The only other thing the phone does it takes a while to connect to satellites for the GPS. Any advice is appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Your cell signal doesn't look very good, so voice calls might be using more battery as the radio strains to lock onto a signal. Tap the Cell Standby category as well--how much Time Without Signal is shown there?

I took that picture in my house where signal is generally low, however outside even when I am just talking normally and signal is great the problem persists... I changed my sim recently and my signal has been almost flawless even in my house, but I am getting the same percents... Thank you for responding :).
