Why isn't my phone charging after the battery died?

Phone not charging after battery dead

My phone's battery died.And now i cant see it charging.Its dead.phone is xolo q1010i.

Have you tried alternate power outlets and/or chargers?

If nothing is helping to charge the device then it could be hardware related. Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they can assist with a repair or replacement?

Most phones won;t charge a totally dead phone, because they have to be precharged. Most external universal chargers will. (And they're pretty cheap.)
