New battery switches off at 12-13%

I replaced my battery 2 months ago, Whenever it used to reach 15% it used to drop really fast after that and get switched off at 13-10%. When I asked about it the MMX service center guy told me that my battery terminals are getting short circuited after 15% which is causing the battery to drain faster. But he also added to confirm it to me he will replace it with a new battery. Yesterday I got it,though it was not that fast drain after 15% but it switched off at 5%. What is the possible issue?Also, when I went to the service Center first time to replace my dead battery they told me your phone is just fine,just replace the battery(and then they gave me that 13-10% battery).
