Locate your Android smartphone using GPS or triangulation with wireless internet. Where is My Phone app makes use of its own access to location data, does not require a Google account. User is free to remove your data and email use this service only accessing getphonelocation.com
Access getphonelocation.com to view the map (day and time included) based on the location via the internet or send an SMS to your smartphone with the message "gps your@email" and wait for the return message with the latitude and longitude coordinates.
    * Sending audio alert 4 minutes long.
    * Enable WiFi smartphone with SMS message.
    * Enable HotSpot with Cloud Message or SMS message.

Unfortunately the location accuracy is 20 meters or more even with GPS enabled. The solution was to include the mode of the remote enable WiFi HotSpot, so being near the place indicated on the map the user can scan the WiFi signal strength of the device, the signal HotSpot has a range of 30 meters or more.

Use Safari or Chrome browser to access this service on the web

An idea, you can use this service to track your car

The free app AndroidLost, available in the Play Store, is an better alternative, imo. For starters it's not in beta anymore. Can be installed remotely AFTER you lost the device, and enables all sorts of actions, remotely, on the lost device.

Nice idea but Google already does this if you type "find my phone" in chrome...

I admire your determination to do this though. Well done.
