Extended Battery Questions

Will the extended door make all the accessories not fit? Car Dock, Media Dock, will there be a battery charging station for the extended battery?

It's not that much bigger than the actual battery door, so I would HOPE it wouldn't fit. Couldn't tell you offhand though, but I would say yes, it should fit. As long is the phone had a little wiggle room in the first place.

The droid x still fit in, it had a piece you could remove so it fit better in the car dock.

during my chat with my friend tonight he said the extended batteries and certain cases will fit the docks just fine since they are designed for ext. batts and most but not all cases.

I would really like to know this also. Does it fit in the dock and nav dock with extended battery.

yeah he said all docks will fit with the extended. there are at least a case or two that will fit with the extended. Thing is I am unsure cased with extended would fit or not. would probably just have to wait and see.

OMFG I just saw on an accessory page that the extended battery is a 2880mAh battery. Thats massive

Holy monkey lovin'! That's gigundous! Now I'm even more excited for my appointment on Thursday. I'm going to have to see if they have these in stock. I'll probably check out the shape of the original battery first, but still great to know! Thanks!
