NEED HELP!!!!!! Returning rooted phone

I have been having the black screen of death and data signal problems with my bionic. So the sent a replacement. I am rooted running the UNL3ASH3D ROM. I need to find out how to flash back to the stock rom, restore all bloatware, and unroot the phone. And is there anything else i should do before sending it back to verizon?

I don't know nor will I ever know how some of you survive flashing ROMs without knowing how to go back to stock. It is literally beyond me. Anyway, this method has been out for almost 2 weeks now. I can verify it works perfectly.

Well i know how to go back to the stock rom, just havent done it yet. I was wondering does it return all the bloatware? and delete any existence of having it been rooted?
