ok so what this means (and I'm already assuming you're rooted):

-- make sure you download the base, add-on's and any theme paks (tpax) to your external SD card
-- install Bionic Bootstrapper from the market
-- click on first icon and wait for "Success!"
-- click on second icon to reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery
volume up or down to move, power button to select once you get in there
-- do a backup under backups/restore, just in case
-- select "wipe data/factory reset", let this finish
-- select "wipe cache", let this finish
-- select "mounts and storage", then "format /system", let this finish
-- select "advanced", then "wipe dalvik cache", let this finish
-- select "install from zip", scroll to the base file and select it
-- select reboot
-- wait for your phone to boot up (will take a few mins, don't panic)
-- when android man shows up, wait 5 mins to let it settle
-- sign in, make sure the 2 checkboxes are checked to restore everything
-- let apps reinstall from the market, set up homescreens and whatnot
-- Do you want blur or not?
-- reboot back into clockworkmod
-- select wipe cache
-- select advance, wipe dalvik cache
-- install whichever add-on you want (blur or not)
-- reboot
-- reboot back into clockworkmod
-- select wipe cache
-- select advance, wipe dalvik cache
-- install whichever theme pak you want
-- reboot

-- REJOICE

can someone please post step by step on how to load this rom. thank you

You may already know this, but the dev has moved on from this ROM. I haven't been able to find any live links to anything but the ROM itself, which is very bland.

Go through the most recent posts in the thread on rootzwiki that I linked in my post. Th3oryrom had some issues with whoever was hosting their files and had to start over, but a bunch of folks already posted download links in the meantime.
