First let me say that I think this is an excellent Rom and I appreciate the developers time and effort in making it.
Some problems I found are minor but maybe there is a fix for them that I am not aware of. (Droid Bionic)
1) Whenever I get to the home screen from awakening the phone or go back to the home screen from some app or settings it takes one or two swipes to get the home screen moving. If I press harder on the screen at first it tends to move on the first try then once the home screen starts moving left or right it becomes more fluid and the transition becomes smoother with a light touch. This happened to me with my Droid Incredible using another Rom so it might just be an inherent problem with custom Roms.
2)The volume for the phone dialer is so low that I can't hear it unless I put the phone up to my ear while pressing the numbers. I though at first it just didn't work but then I realized it was just very low. All my volume settings are at max levels so I am not sure why this volume is so low.
3)Will not let me set any speed dials although there is an option for it.
4)I get a haptic feedback while swiping the unlock screen even though I have the haptic feedback for the phone set to off.
5)I tried to add the settings icon in the bottom tray (Hotseat) as its called but when I add it then click on it, it says the application is not installed on the phone so I added it to the home screen but would have preferred to have it on the bottom dock.
If anyone has a solution for any of these issues please let me know.
