Default Root now or after .905 OTA?

So I'm stalling the update because I don't know what to do! This is a refurb bionic so I couldn't forever root. Im on stock .902 . Im asking because Im not sure if .905 makes you not be able to root or anything. And I figure Im going to lose root anyway so I would like some help. Thanks!

I updated yesterday and used the motofail method to root, worked perfectly.

Given the experience at our place yesterday, where one BIONIC updated just fine and the other ended up in a boot loop, I'd be inclined to root first, just to be able to get a solid Titanium Backup of the system state pre-upgrade.
