Why isn't my phone charging?

Phone not charging

My Blu Life One is showing the LED red light that indicates it is charging. Whenever the charger is pulled in, nothing happens, the battery and the energy bolt does not come up. This error started occur after the battery kept running down while it is charging.

Welcome to AC!
You said your battery would run down even when charging? You might have a bad charger. Have you tried using any other charger?

I have and it still won't charge

I've had problems with USB cables. Look for one with a 2.0 amp rating.

Sorry for the late reply. Do all of those chargers work with any other devices in your house?
