Blu Vivo XL LED Notification not working

I just got a Vivo XL and I'm not getting any notification lights. I have checked all the boxes for notifications and have turned off power saving but I never get a light when I have notifications. :'( Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi! Couldn't find an answer anywhere either. I ended up doing a factory reset and set it up as a new phone (instead of importing previous apps and settings) and that did the trick. I guess there was some invisible setting in there that it didn't like. I had a Blu Energy X before that I gave to my hubby and noticed that since I reset it and set it up for him, it flashes for notifications....meanwhile I didn't even know it could do that the entire time I had it. Go figure...
