Why doesn't my blu vivo air phone download anymore?

It's been 2 years since I got this phone and now it doesn't download or update any apps anymore. Help please.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about Google Play Store? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? What happens when you try to install an app--do you get an error message?

If you are talking about the Play Store, try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
