Phone is stuck in a Boot Mode...(BLU DASH 5.5 D470L)

When power it on my phone goes to a Boot Mode Menu where
I'm supposed to select an option using the power button. The problem I'm having is that I'm unable to select any option because the little arrow that mark the options just keep moving by itself up down

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible that something is wrong with your Volume buttons. The Up button might be stuck in a pressed state, which might also be why the phone keeps booting into Recovery Mode (since you typically have to press a combination of buttons to get to it). Bring it to a repair shop to see if they can fix it.

I brought it to a repair shop, but the guy told me that it wasn't the button..
So I tried to Flash it to the officiel Rom..The flashing process went smooth but when I turn it on
it still goes to the Boot Menu

Did you wipe cache/date before flashing the official rom?
