    Default Hangouts Question

Is there a way to have Google Hangouts pinned to the Shelf in Chrome OS version: 32.0.1700.95 (Official Build 243748). I mean the messaging Extension not the Video Call App?

I have the Hangouts messaging extension pinned to my browser (Chrome). Did you check in the store?

I've got the extension installed in Chrome, but it'd be kind of nice to be able to have it pinned to the Shelf once opened instead of having to open Chrome every time I want Hangouts.

Have you tried to pin the hangouts call app? It opens a video call for me, but there might be a setting I'm unaware of.
