How can I get rid of the hands free mode?

How can I turn off the hands free mode on my telephone its 4G. Android. The crazy thing pops on everytime Im at home. Even though I've turned my WiFi off, it will turn itself on, the the hands free mode S comes on, I turn it off, within a few minutes, it has managed to turn itself on again.
