If you were ever curious about the high-end Chromeboxes, here's an example:

This Asus Chromebox has a Core i7 processor and is bundled with an HD web camera, microphone/speaker, and a remote control. (Monitor not included.)

But wait, there's more...

There are no fees in the first year. After that, you pay $250 per year in support fees.

Obviously, regular consumers aren't going to buy this, but it at least shows you what the platform can do.

Chrome OS currently doesn't support Skype, according to Google:
