Hey folks,

I've been reading that folks are losing root on DL17, and unable to get it back. While I am SURE you can still run the rage exploit manually, there is an easier way.

Visit my Odin thread and flash clockwork recovery (second link). I do not have a Continuum to test this on, so there has been no testing done by me. I have been told it works.

Download rom manager from the market, and install clockwork recovery for the Samsung Fascinate. Now reboot to recovery and install ChainsDD's superuser package via clockwork.



Get the -ef version.

Reboot and enjoy root access!

i believe i followed the directions to the t-, when i go to rom man<flash clockwork recovery, it shows currnt recovery:clockwrk 2.5.1.0;. when i then go to 'Reboot in Recovery" mode, confirm messge comes up "are you sure
you wnt to reboot in clockwork recovery?"; hit yes and nothing happens.

thoughts?
