Phone Stuck On Boot Screen (Won't Be Connected Through USB)

Well, I installed CyanogenMod 12 for android 5.1 on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini GT-I9I95 and went about my business without any problems (except for no sound), then I rebooted it one day, and now it's stuck on the boot screen. All I see is the logo flashing and nothing else will happen. I plugged the phone into my computer in recovery, download, and with the boot screen on through USB, but the device isn't detected. I tried using Kies, but the problem won't go away. I've wiped everything. Any solutions on how I could connect my device so I can install a stock ROM? Thanks.

Stock ROM would be flashed via ODIN, don't see that listed in your description. Did you try that? If that fails, you can try (cringe) heimdall.
