so after i went threw the mission of getting 2.1 thinking it was much better than 1.6 (waste of time) i wanted to go back to 1.6. i watched numerous video and went on literally every site there was on how to downgrade and came up with nothing. i tried a different rom but it wouldnt let me and now none of the stock recovery's wont show up to upload a rom. im on build number 6941. if anyone can help please do. im really about to sell this phone lol

ok.....Now you say you have been on EVERY site looking for downgrade instructions......Hmmmm, or . You dont get much easier instructions than what is in those threads.

Now I notice you are on build 6941 2.1. , What exactly is better in 1.6. than 2.1? because the only thing really different is the status bar(with settings) has gone.

Now build 6941 is by no means the best 2.1 rom. for the definitive 2.1 you should go to build 8105. much more stable. 6941 was a 'leaked' release.

2.2 is really nice, but thats a whole different kettle of fish.

i been on that page. i understand the process. its just that the stock recovery wont work and keeps giving me a error
