Why am I unable to use my mobile data?

Motorola Droid Razr HD/Maxx HD issue while using Mobile Data Plan.

I am using Motorola Droid Razr HD / Maxx HD and it's working fine with wifi but when I turn on Mobile Data and start using, it works also fine but when I put in my pocket and after few minutes when I bring it out from pocket, i unable to access phone, means when i press power button to see the screen but it did nothing and after few minutes it will restart automatically.
The issue is only pertaining with only using Mobile Data Plan, with Wifi there is no issue.

I have turn off Smart Screen but still problem persists.

If anyone know that please help in this matter.

That has to go on the bench for analysis (meaning a repair shop). It could be some strange interaction between the proximity detector and the firmware for mobile data (or with wifi - it could be not working, but something in the wifi firmware gets in the way and prevents it from not working). It's not something we can diagnose over the forum.
