Reducing the size of the screen

I have a LG G Pad 8.3 which its digitizer is broken and touch of the half of the screen is unresponsive, is it possible to reduce the resolution just from top side of the screen. kind of like cropping.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think so. Which half of the screen is unresponsive, the upper or lower half? Even if there were an app, it'd be challenging to get it to install and then start, if half the screen isn't responding to touch. You probably need to get the digitizer replaced.
