My Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4" touchscreen is unresponsive and black.
I've had my tablet for only 6 months now, and I've had no trouble at all with it, until this morning when I woke up my screen was black and unresponsive. The buttons still light up at the bottom of the screen when pressed and I can still hear noises when I press the volume buttons. I have tried charging it connecting it to my computer, anything but nothing has worked.
Any idea what could have caused it and if it can be fixed easily, or if I am going to have to shell out a load of money for it.
This is my first android tablet after switching from apple, so I may be new to some usual problems. Please understand that I am not totally retarded on the topic of mobile devices and tablets.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
