No more colour display only black and white everything

please my son of 4 yrs was playing a car race game on my infinix hot note phone for more than two hours, upon collecting the phone from him to make a call i noticed he has activated the ultra battery power app, the next thing is the phone is totally black and white, i tried to restart it, immidiately it came back on it comes as colour but in 2 seconds its back to black and white. please i really need your assistance.

Hello. Have you allowed it to charge for a bit. It may have a feature to minimise power by going monochrome, or it may be a fault developing.
Give it a while. Nice phone.
If it has updated to Android Lollipop 5.0 there is a setting in Accessibility for Colour Inversion, which has a slightly different effect.
