I dropped by Alcatel onetouch tablet and now the colors have inverted, how do I fix this?

I've dropped my tablet a couple of times and there are some cracks on it, but there was never a problem like this. I was on my phone when my tablet suddenly changed colors and now everything is inverted like a negative photo. I've tried looking through forums here, but all the answers are to go through Accessibility > Negative Colors, but my tablet doesn't have Negative Colors in its Accessibility. Is there another way to fix this? Or do I have to get it repaired?
