Droid 3 Root problem

I'm trying to root my droid 3, i fixed the old issue of the program not detecting it. Now i get 2/3 steps done and i get this. These are the directions i used: http://forums.androidcentral.com/droid-3-rooting-roms-hacks/117845-how-root-droid-3-a.html

and i just get this everytime, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers etc, is there anyother way to root it?

As sd_shadow says, you need to use Motofail. Pete Souza's method does not work with the latest Verizon Droid 3 update (5.7.906, which is now a year old.)
